Common Issues & Solutions
Video processing is slow
Processing time depends on your internet connection and server load. Try again during off-peak hours or ensure you have a stable connection.
Photo quality is low
Upload high-resolution photos (at least 1080px) for best results. The AI works better with clear, well-lit images.
Cannot download generated video
Ensure you have granted storage permissions to the app. Check Settings > Apps > Veivo AI > Permissions.
App crashes or freezes
Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
